Welcome to the Rare Gallery of Accompart's auction platform

Rare Gallery is the curated art space for 1/1 artworks based on the Ethereum and Tezos chains. It is the art space for artwork exclusively minted as the first market platform. Artists can choose which chain is more comfortable, but we recommend working with both.
Accompart's team always curates the Rare Gallery, which is not open to the public mint for everyone.
1. How do I get an INVITE?
1.1. Only Accompart's curator can send you an INVITE to sell artwork on Rare Gallery. 1.2. The artist can ask for two more INVITEs if the previous artwork is sold. 1.3. It is not possible to share an INVITE with someone else.
2. How do I apply for an INVITE?
2.1. You can also submit artwork for curation. Submitting link - telegram or DM us on X (former Twitter)
2.2. If the curation team accepts artwork, we will send you an INVITE for mint.
2.3. If the curation team does not accept artwork, we can send a notification and recommendations, but not necessarily.
3. How do you set the price for the work? We want the value of the artist's artwork to grow constantly. All our efforts are directed, among other things, towards this critical goal.
3.1. The artist can recommend the artwork price based on the sales history.
3.2. We will also analyze the artist's sales and calculate the works' average selling price and the current year's highest prices. Our goal is to set a price above the average.
3.3. If an artist constantly sells works in our gallery, we will systematically increase the price of his works depending on the number of sales.
3.4. We will also monitor records of price increases for an artist's work at our Auction, which often happens with artists who regularly exhibit with us.
3.5. Gallery set up only fixed price.
4. Gallery royalty and commission system. Our Gallery is not like the traditional marketplace. By joining our art ecosystem, the artist receives all possible benefits, including the opportunity to participate in auctions, website and social media publications, physical and web3 exhibitions, and other platform activities. First market commission split system. Artist 75% Gallery 20% Marketplace 5%
5. Artist's provenance on the Accompart's platform. The platform is one of the components of the art ecosystem for building the artist's history, so it is essential for us to create the provenance as detailed as possible from the very beginning of our cooperation. This is also important for our future developments related to the automation of provenance and sales data analytics. How do we fulfill the artist’s information?;
5.1. Artist name - easy.
5.2. Artwork link - easy.
5.3. Artwork title - easy.
5.4. Artwork description - usually short, describing the idea/hidden philosophy or concept. Type of file/program used as a tool for art creation. Year of the creation.
5.5. Artist BIO—short description. It is preferable to include a note about the Artist's date of birth/place of birth, how long the Artist has been in the art industry, whether they are a member of any art community, etc.
5.6. Collectors and exhibitions—Indicating all collectors and exhibitions is unnecessary, but the most significant and influential are useful for auction participants.
5.7. Site/linktree - easy.
5.8. Twitter/Instagram - easy.
We appreciate your time, but the more information we provide, the better for collectors. They should know everything about the artists and artworks. Provenance and collector information will give them more investment confidence.
6. Artist and Accompart's tights and guarantees: 6.1. The Artist affirms that the minted artwork does not infringe upon the rights or claims of third parties. The Artist ensures that the minted artwork is a unique creation without circulation or duplication, existing in a singular instance. Furthermore, the Artist guarantees that the artwork will continue to lack physical analogs.
6.2. The Artist retains copyright as the creator, even in the event of a sale to a collector. The Artist is entitled to royalties from all subsequent sales of the artwork.
6.3. The Artist ensures that the artwork is stored in a decentralized repository timelessly.
6.4. The Artist approves participating in activities organized by the Accompart's as part of promotional events and announcements preceding the sales.
6.5. The Artist permits the public to see their work in Accompart's platform and catalogs, allowing for further catalog sales without accruing royalties, all to promote the Artist. This includes featuring information about the Artist's work within the annual book catalog etc.
6.6. The Auction House guarantees the Artist's proper attribution and precise artwork title in any social media references and in digital and physical publications.
It is essential for us to represent Artists whose vision of the future may not be entirely clear to many people, but vision is always a matter of a minority.
See you on the other side!
