**ACCOMPART’S Will Provide:**&#x20;

• Overall concept and curation of the exhibition

• Selection and coordination of curated artists

• Visual design and artistic direction (video art project mapping on the walls)&#x20;

• Full digital marketing and promotional campaign

• Digital production of the opening ceremony

• Creation of a new permanent gallery section on the Accompart’s website dedicated to the sale of physical artworks from the exhibition\

\
**GALLERY Will Provide:**

• Physical space for hosting the exhibition (duration to be agreed)

• Organization and hosting of the physical opening ceremony

Equipment Needs:

• Does the gallery have screens available to display digital artworks?

• Does the gallery have wall projectors available to display video art?

• If not, Accomparts will coordinate with our technical partner to provide the necessary display equipment for the events \

\
**Sales & Commission Structure:**

• The sales price of each artwork will include both the artist’s price and the commission

• Commission from each sale will be split: 50% to the Gallery / 50% to Accomparts\

(Other conditions are negotiable, as we are doing this for the first time.) \
